My wife and I have been old patients of Dr. Rujuta Chitnis Karnik, even before she started her own clinic at Andheri (W). She is very highly qualified, extremely competent, soft-spoken, clearly explains the problem and the treatment needed to resolve the issue. My wife and I are fully satisfied patients. Dr. Rujuta Chitnis Karnik is our most preferred Dentist. She adheres strictly to appointment timings, which significantly reduces waiting time for patients at her dental clinic, Gums & Roots, now located near Good Shepherd Church in Andheri West. The highest possible standards of hygiene are maintained at her dental clinic.

My son used to be very shy and scared to try anything new. Neeraja has this beautiful collection of books and toys which took away his initial inhibition and made him relax. I remember the first session he refused to go inside the Doctors room for check up but Doctor was so patient and she talked him through and convinced him for the check up. Giving him all the information regarding every tool she used and its outcome thereby making him comfortable and open up to her.

Now we have regular check-ups and he looks forward to his fun time at the clinic. A big thank you to Dr. Neeraja Keni!

I called on the clinic’s registered number to book an appointment specifically with an orthodontist regarding my retainers. The receptionist forwarded the call to the on call doctor who happened to be Dr. Neerja.

She spoke to me and when I clearly asked for an orthodontic consult, ******* *** ***** ** ************ (I didn’t know this at the time and she didn’t reveal either) herself, she asked me to visit the clinic assuring me of a proper treatment ******* ** ********* ** ** ** ************ ********* There she consulted me herself and all she revealed to me that she was a periodontist.

Even after confronting this with her, she asked me to pay the consultation fee while telling me, that the actual consultation can only happen with the clinic’s visiting orthodontist, who by the way visits only once a month in this clinic.

This is absolutely misleading patients who need immediate attention *** ****** *****

I visited Dr. Krupa Doshi for my daughter's cavity treatment... She was very patient, friendly and did a brilliant job... We were told a root canal but she tried her best to remove the cavity without rootcanal. A very friendly and safe environment with all necessary precautions and lovely doctors... Thank u so much... Highly recommended....

Dr. RUJUTA CHITNIS, is a Doctor who shall be remembered for her wise advice. She is highly convincing because she is honest. She has an skill to communicate with the patient

Visiting for the first time, I was extremely comfortable with the doctor thanks to her friendliness and understanding of the topic. She heard me well, explained me the issues ans the process.

The procedure was painless and not at all nervousing. After all these years I finally got a dentist I will visit again :)

best thing about Dr Keni is her warmth and approachability. in terms of identifying the issue, explaining it, suggesting treatment, the actual procedure and post operative care. all in simple terms, ensuring you understand and get as comfortable as you can be in a dentist context!!!!

My molar had disintegrated, doc examined it, explained to me in detail the line of treatment, advised me for extraction and not go for root canal as the enamel has worn out and root canal would not be strong enough to bear the pressure an might come off.
